Recipe for a chinese chicken bacon wrap?

I need a recipe for a piece chicken wrapped in bacon.The ones they serve in chinese restaurants that they usually serve on a toothpick.They are really sweet but not spicy or hot.Could someone please help me find a recipe or the name of these.I have looked everywhere with no luck.Recipe for a chinese chicken bacon wrap?

Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites

Cube chicken breasts into small squares. Wrap with a piece of bacon and

secure with a toothpick. Roll in a mixture of 2/3 cup of brown sugar and

2 TBSP Chili Powder. Bake at 250 degrees on a cookie sheet until the

chicken is baked and the bacon crispy.
