Recipe for chinese rice flour dumpling wrappers?

I can no longer have normal white flour and am looking for a non-glutinous dumpling wrapper made with other flours.. any recipes would be great.Recipe for chinese rice flour dumpling wrappers?

I never heard of Chinese Rice Flour Dumplings (they usually use wheat flour). But, Thai and Vietnamese cuisine do use rice wrappers. Here is a recipe for Rice Paper Rolls:

There is a Japanese dessert that is like a sweet Adzuki bean soup with sweet glutinous rice dumplings. The Chinese version will sometimes put it in soup, but usually are just glutinous rice dumplings with a sweet peanut, black sesame, or red bean filling. They can be found in the freezer aisle with the buns in your local Chinese food store.
