Use Peanut Oil and make sure to use light sesamee oil too. Do not heat too much too long... I make it just like the retaurant, the trick is technique.I need a good recipe for lo mein. I have found some recipes, but they're never as good as chinese take out!
I Love chinese take out. But i found something just as good in the grocery store, go to the chinese section of your grocery store and look for the box dinners called simply asia. I usually add chicken breast and shrimp, they're surprising good and fast to make.
