Anyone with a good recipe for Chinese Crab Rangoon?

Okay last week I got a recipe for Sesame Chicken but what's the use of having that if there is no crab rangoon to go with it. So please any great recipes for that would be appreciated!Anyone with a good recipe for Chinese Crab Rangoon?
I do! I do! First, make sure you have the little won ton wrappers. Don't use the egg roll wrappers - they just don't work too well! Make sure your Philadelphia cream cheese is at room temperature, so you can mix it easily with a spoon. I usually set mine out for at least 4-5 hours before I am planning on using it. Next, get your crab meat ready. Make sure you remove all shell and pieces of cartilege from it carefully. You can use fresh crab meat, but I use canned crab meat, the best brand you can buy. I usually mix 2 cans of crab meat to 2 logs of cream cheese, depending on what consistency of crab to cheese you like. Mix these two very, very well. Set aside. Lay out your won ton wrappers on a baking sheet. Put a small amount of the crab and cheese mixture in the middle of the won ton and then bring all sides of the won ton up to meet. Don't overfill your won tons or they will leak when you deep fry them. You might have to use a little water and moisten the edges so they will stay closed. Continue doing this until you have no more crab mixture. Heat peanut oil (I have found that peanut oil is the best to use for this rangoon) in a deep fryer. Drop the won tons in the heated oil, not too many at a time and deep fry until desired brownness. Remove with a slotted spoon to a plate that has been covered with a paper towel, so they may drain free of all the grease. Enjoy! These are very, very, very good! I promise!

Hope this helps,

I don't measure when i cook so just taste as you mix. But all it's just crab meat, wonton wrapers, and sour cream. Thats the basic mixture, but some people like veggies finely chopped up into the mixture also. Just play with that.Anyone with a good recipe for Chinese Crab Rangoon?
