Chinese sauce recipe?

My family loves Chinese, but I have a problem getting enough sauce in the stir fry. I don't like to overdo the soy sauce. I'd like recipes for beef %26amp; broccoli that provides the sauce with it (like for over rice), and maybe a garlic or oyster sauce. I'm not a very detailed cook, so simple recipes and ideas are wonderful.Chinese sauce recipe?
Mix any store bought sauce... like soy or oyster with chicken stock and 5 spice powder if you coat the main ingredient in corn starch and then add liquid and other flavors, it always makes a sauce. Watch your ratio. corn starch to liquid. If you use more of one use twice the amount of the other in proportion.
chicken soup, corn starch, soy sauce. that's it.Chinese sauce recipe?
1/2 cup Oyster Sauce, 3 tablespoon Light Soya Sauce, 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil, 1 teaspoon Grated Pepper, 2 tablespoon Sugar, a pinch of 5 Spices Powder, cooked over low heat and thicken with cornflour mix (3 tablespoon water and 1 tablespoon cornflour). Serve and enjoy!
I don't know the recipe for it but I love that stuff.I eat alot of it when I am at the chinese buffet.Chinese sauce recipe?
