ajino moto is a chines salt which is used in noodles and other chines dishes it is not harmful but excess of every thing is bad but that applies to every thingWhen ajinomotto is so harmful for our body so much then why it is compulsary or must in chinese recipes?
because it tastes best. %26amp; it is also in very small quantity in food.
ajinomoto is harmful if taken in large quantities %26amp; its not wise to give it to the children. it enhances the taste of chinese food. we are eating so many things which are harmful to our body. as long as we maintain some balance its ok to eat it. over excessive use of anything can lead to harm. When ajinomotto is so harmful for our body so much then why it is compulsary or must in chinese recipes?
ajinomotto is harmful for our body. first it will effect our digestive system and then finally effects brain. because of this reason this is catogerised as a drug and banned for infants and children below 5 years. this particular is suitable for chineese and japaneese only i mean their climate. like our chilli powder and masalas are not suitable for us or uk or any other country. in the same way ajinomotto is not suitable for our climate. many of the star hotels in india has banned using this in their kitchens
this is probably because the ajinomotto dissolves into their food, but doesnt harm them that much...When ajinomotto is so harmful for our body so much then why it is compulsary or must in chinese recipes?
Ajinomotto is not harmful for a normal human being (if taken in small doses, only a pinch is required) however, for those people suffering from hyper tension this can create problems.
ajinomotto cud be harmful. but chinese people are so used with it. so they add it in food. but it is not compulsary..// it gives a gud flavour.
