the traditional chinese medicine physicians that lived long ago thinks that hair is an excess of blood. they based this on observation where people whose blood is "weak" experiences hair problems like hairloss and natural discolouration of the hair including white hair as you age. The treatment is to take food that "strengthens" the blood and improves the blood circulation, such as pig liver, chinese herb "dang gui", and other food and fruits rich in iron. western physicians see hairloss as blockage of follicles, in a way, i think it tallies. As blood circulation improves, it will bring away the blockage bit by bit. imagine a partially blocked pipe, gushing strong water will sweep the blockage away. Another good way is to go for acupuncture, it is especially effective for hairloss that just started.Any good chinese hair recipes or shampoo's for hairloss?

Definitly get Nioxin and USE IT!!!! I am a hair stylist and i know atleast 3 people who started using it 'cause they had reallly fine hair and not a lot of it. They have been coming back to me and their hair is literally thicker than mine now! There is a cleanser and a treatment (conditioner). The cleanser is just like a shampoo and the conditioner you leave on the scalp for about 3-5 minutes and what it does is stimulates the hair follicles and promotes hair growth! it really works!Any good chinese hair recipes or shampoo's for hairloss?
