I need a recipe for Chinese food recipe?

My 8 year old daughter has a class project for school. They all have to make a Chinese food for the class. These are second graders so I would really like recipes that aren't too messy for the kids to eat in class. Thank you in advance.I need a recipe for Chinese food recipe?
How about fruit sushi?

Fruit roll ups

Licorice strips

rice krispie treats

Unroll fruit roll up

spread thin layer of treat

place two strips of licorice in center (red or black)

Roll up like you would sushi and then slice in pieces like real sushi. CUTE!!!
Thanks to everyone.

Try some crab rangoon, it's easy to make, economical and I haven't met a kid that didn't like it, since it's finger food and tastes great with a bit of duck sauce.

I made this recipe myself as a course starter and my little cousin devoured it. :) Cheers
-buy a bag of fried noodles and a jar of duck sauce for dipping

-white rice with chopped fried egg and scallions with soy sauce

-fortune cookies--easy to make just google it

-chicken pieces mixed w/ steamed broccoli add sweet n sour or duck sauce

-potstickers (chicken or beef cubes on tooth picks -- seasoned with sesame oil and /r paste)

-buy a bag of almond cookies for dessert

Hope this helps!
Cut chicken breasts into big cubes.

Marinate with soy sauce, ketchup and honey for a few hours or over night. Drain sauce and use later for basting.

Stir fry them till just cooked.

Thread a few on tooth picks and grill them for 10 minutes basting them with reserved marinade.

Easy to make N eat.
