Not very tasty though.
Best thing to do is fry without oil and then add a small sachet of any low-calorie sauce to give it flavour, or else use plenty of red peppers and shittake mushrooms (yummy)Does anybody know any healthy chinese stir fry recipes?

IN my blog in my profile I have a great recipe for Gen Tso Chicken. It's a great recipe. I loved this dish when I worked at an Oriental Restraunt a few years back. I can be converted to beef too though I use shicken cause this is a lower carb recipe.
This is great with rice or a salad
