Does anybody know any healthy chinese stir fry recipes?

Yes,



Small amount of soy sauce,

Vinegar,

Peanut butter,

garlic

crushed red pepper.



Add reasonable amounts to any veggie combo you like.



It's a very good combo.Does anybody know any healthy chinese stir fry recipes?
They're all healthy if they're made of fresh vegetables and "fried" in a non-stick wok without oil.



Not very tasty though.



Best thing to do is fry without oil and then add a small sachet of any low-calorie sauce to give it flavour, or else use plenty of red peppers and shittake mushrooms (yummy)Does anybody know any healthy chinese stir fry recipes?
CHINESE CHICKEN STIR FRY



1 pkg. turkey/chicken breast

2 tsp. olive oil

1 med. onion

1 stalk celery

2 c. sliced mushrooms

1 pkg. Chinese pea pods

3/4 c. chicken broth

1 tbsp. soy sauce

1/4 tsp. ground ginger

1 tbsp. cornstarch

1/3 c. toasted almonds



Cut meat into 1 inch cubes. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat oil in wok or skillet over medium heat until hot. Add turkey/chicken and stir fry until no longer pink. Add onion and celery. Stir fry 1 minute. Add pea pods. Stir fry 1 minute longer.

Mix broth, cornstarch and soy sauce and ginger. Stir into meat mixture. Heat to boiling, stir constantly, 1 minute top off with almonds. Serve with rice. Makes 4-6 servings.Does anybody know any healthy chinese stir fry recipes?
The main thing to remember is to put small amounts of salt and butter.
IN my blog in my profile I have a great recipe for Gen Tso Chicken. It's a great recipe. I loved this dish when I worked at an Oriental Restraunt a few years back. I can be converted to beef too though I use shicken cause this is a lower carb recipe.



This is great with rice or a salad
