I love chinese food, could you tell me any easy recipe for making my own chinese food?Chinese recipes...... please help me!?
Sweet and Sour Chciken
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast meat - cubed
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper
1 cup carrot strips
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, juice reserved
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
Brown chicken in oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add green bell pepper, red bell pepper, carrot and garlic and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and soy sauce and mix together; pour mixture into the skillet, along with the pineapple and liquid, vinegar, sugar and ginger. Stir together and bring to a boil.
Pour over chicken and veggies.
Serve with cooked rice or long thin pasta.

Baked Spring Rolls
1/2 pound ground pork
1 cup finely shredded cabbage
1/4 cup finely shredded carrot
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger root
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon chile sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
12 (7 inch square) spring roll wrappers
4 teaspoons vegetable oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Place pork in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Remove from heat and drain.
In a medium bowl, mix together pork, cabbage, carrot, green onions, cilantro, sesame oil, oyster sauce, ginger, garlic and chile sauce.
Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
Place approximately 1 tablespoon of the pork mixture in the center of spring roll wrappers. Roll wrappers around the mixture, folding edges inward to close. Moisten fingers in the cornstarch and water mixture, and brush wrapper seams to seal.
Arrange spring rolls in a single layer on a medium baking sheet. Brush with vegetable oil. Bake in the preheated oven 20 minutes, until hot and lightly browned. For crispier spring rolls, turn after 10 minutes.
Serve with plum sauce for dipping.

Chicken Fried Rice
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cups cooked white rice, cold
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup cooked, chopped chicken meat
Directions
In a small bowl, beat egg with water. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium low heat. Add egg and leave flat for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from skillet and cut into shreds.
Heat oil in same skillet; add onion and saute until soft. Then add rice, soy sauce, pepper and chicken. Stir fry together for about 5 minutes, then stir in egg. Serve hot.
Most chinese recipes are simply but time consuming.
Chicken stir fry with veggies
2carrots(cut in diagonal pieces and cook in salt water for 5 minutes or until half soft rinse in cold water to stop the cooking)
1-4lb green bean(cut in diagonal pieces and cook in salt water for 5 minutes or until crisp and soft and rinse in cold water to stop the cooking)
1 small broccoli( cut the flowers and cook in salt water for 2 minutes and rinse in cold water to stop the cooking)
1 lb Mushrooms slices
2 stalk Celery cut in diagonal
1 Zucchini cut in diagonal
1 bunch spinach washed
1Bell Pepper cut into strips
3 green onions cut in 1 inch size
you can put as much or as little veggies you like, you also can put can mushrooms, or can of bambu shoot, or omit one or more veggies
2 chicken breast boneless skinless cut in small pieces
2 Tbsp of oyster sauce
1 garlic minced
red peper flakes(optional for hot food)
Marinade the chicken pieces on 2 teaspoon of cooking cherry (white wine will do good to), white pepper , 2 teaspoon of cornstash, 2 teaspoon of soy sauce, let stand for 15 minutes.
In a hot work put 2 tbsp of oil, cook the chicken in 2 to 3 parts, do not cloud the pan with too many chicken pieces because it will create too much mousture and the chicken will not come crisp, add oil as it need.
cook until brown and done.
Take the chicken from the pan each time it cook, set side.
Add 1 tbspoon of oil on the work add the garlic and stir fried the veggies one at the time, removing each veggie from the work when it is done and set aside add more oil as need .
The order for the veggies to be cooked goes that way, if you omit one of the veggies just go to the next one, bell pepper 2 minute, celery one minute, zucchini 2-3 minutes, mushrooms 1 minute, pre- cooked carrots1 minute, pre-cooked broccoli 1minute, pre-cooked green beans 1 minute, spinach 1 minute.
on the last veggie keep it on the work put the chicken and all the veggies back to the pan, add the red pepper (optional) the oyster sauce and the green onion and cooked for about 5 minutes. Serve with
white rice.
White rice
one cup of rice
Wash the rice until the water is clear put in a rice cooker with water and little salt and set to cook.
If you do not have the rice cooker put the rice on a no-stick pan to messured the quantity of the rice put water on the pan and with the rice, put you midle finger on the pan and barrery touch the rice the water level should be on the second mark of your finger, add salt as need, cooked on medium heat, half covered until the water dries out.Chinese recipes...... please help me!?
my favorite Chinese food dish is whatever kind of meat you want, i like chicken, fried rice. its simple make your rice early in the day and let it sit on the stove covered till you want to cook it and then put it in a pan with 2 eggs depending on how much you make, also put a little bit of soy sauce ginger, just a pinch or 2 of that, and put in green onions and anything else you like, and all the ingredients is just basically put in till you feel it tastes good since everyone has different tastes about food. and with the chicken you just fry it the same time you originally make the rice and put it in before you put in the eggs. i hope this helps and i hope you like it

Mostly chinese is meat and veggies and rice. The flavors they use are soy sauce, garlic and ginger - all very easy to find at supermarkets.

i like chow mein is good i just get my top ramen and cook it and set aside and chop some cabage and onions celeru and carrots
and saute and when done add chicken boullion and soy sauce in the pan and add the noodles and saute a bit more and yumm you can add meat if you like
brokoli beef
you need some steaks cut into thin slices and some starch to coat it and soy sauce to coat it
and some brokoli about 4 heads and cut into small pieces 1 onion cut into medium size chunks
for sauce you need some chicken boullion2 table spoons and some soy sause2 tablespoons ans corn starch i tablespoon and some water about half cup and garlic powder as much as you like
in a medium size pan add the meat that has been coated with the starch and soy sauce and fry in a bit of oil until almost all the way cooked and add remove from pan add more oil and add the brokoli and onions and fry a bit or saute for a bit and once real dark green about 3 minutes of cooking add the meat back and cook 2 more minutes and add the sauce and stirr for some 2 minutes and done yummy serve over white rice or some beef fried rice
I don't know, but chicken lo mein sounds AMAZING right now!
