tomorrow im going to a christmas party and the theme is Chinese so i need helpWhat are some peanut-free chinese dessert recipes?
Longan Tofu!! 榫欑溂璞嗚厫

Not a tofu dessert, just named cos jelly is soft %26amp; silky like tofu :p a simple %26amp; nice dessert.



Ingredients:

1 liter fresh milk

200 gram white sugar

1 pack uncolor jelly

250 gram fresh longan (canned ones can do too)

Almond essence (if you like the smell)



Preparations:

1. Boiled fresh milk, white sugar and uncolor jelly

2. Stirred slowly until boiled, add almond essence

3. Add to the jelly tray and let it set, then chill.

4. put fresh / canned longan on the top jelly

5. and Wala!! served chilled.
