I know how to make chow mein (stir fried noodles) and fried rice. Are there some more delicious chinese dishes to make?
If you know the recipe please write it for me.

A popular dish would be dumplings.

Another popular dish would be "Congee"
My family recipe:
1 cup long grain rice
9 cups of chicken broth or water or half broth and water.
Bring to boil, turn to medium-low and simmer until it's thick.
Leave the lid slightly ajar so the congee doesn't boil over.
It takes about 2-3 hours.
Garnishes for the finished congee:
green onions
shredded lettuce
chinese parsley (cilantro)
oyster sauce
soy sauce
toasted sesame oil
chili oil or chili sauce
More garnishes..
Fried Dough sticks
salted duck eggs
preserved vegetables
peking duck
roasted pork
I prefer adding small shrimp to my congee along with oyster sauce :)

: ) There is a way to make orange sauce with honey, orange, etc.. but you can also buy a pre-made chicken with orange glaze... and you can sautee it with whatever veggies you like.. I prefer pea pods, water chesnuts, carrots and baby corn... and then put it over rice (a quick version is uncle ben's rice that you can cook a package in 90 seconds!).. it is very very delicious... I challenge you to find someone (other than a vegetarian) who doesn't like orange chicken.. it is a great salty sweet taste to stimulate the pallet... also, make sure to sprinkle some garlic powder on it! : ) Good luck, make it your own! What are some delicious chinese recipes to make?
