Chinese Gravy

10 cloves garlic, finely cut
录 inch ginger, finely cut
2 tomatoes, large
2 green chillies, finely cut
1 onion, large, finely cut
large bunch coriander leaves, finely chopped
salt %26amp; black pepper
1 tsp chilli powder
oil for frying
1. heat oil in a kadai, add the finely cut garlic, green chilly and ginger pieces. fry well.
2. Add 1/2 of the cut onions and fry till transclucent, at this point add chilli powder and fry.
3. Grind remaining onion and tomato in the blender.
4. Add this ground paste to the mixture getting fried in kadai.
5. Fry well till the whole mixture is cooked well. Now add pepper.
6. Once oil is starting to separate from this mixture, add 1/2 of the coriander leaves. The gravy should not be too thick, not too thin. If thick, add water as required.
7. This is now ready to be served. Serve hot garnished with remaining coriander leaves.
