Chinese Chicken Corn Soup Recipe- slow cook

Ingredients:
2 small fresh corn on cob,
1/2 small chicken with bone(about 100g)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 block of ginger
1 piece of scallion(or 1/2 onion)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon rice wine
Procedure:
1. Clean chicken,cut into small blcoks. Wash in boiling water,take out quickly.
2. Add chicken blocks in a saucepan, add 4 cup of water,ginger,scallion, bring to a boil over medium heat. Turn to low heat, add rice wine,soy sace,simmer for 60mins over low heat with cover.
