Beef Yakisoba: Make some spaghetti noodles according to package directions. Drain. Put in large bowl. If you have steak, cut it to finger size or you can use hamburger meat. Brown meat in frying pan with finely diced green peppers and onions, add some soy sauce and simmer. When beef is done and peppers and onions are fully cooked, just pour mixture, including liquid, over spaghetti noodles and toss. Do not use too much soy as this should only be enough to moisten and flavor the noodles, not a sauce. If there is not enough liquid in the beef/veggie mixture to moisten noodles, it's ok to sprinkle more soy sauce onto them. Salt and pepper to taste. Very easy and enjoyble.
