What is your favorite chinese recipe that uses chicken and hoisin sauce?

I cut the chicken into cubes and stir fry until browned on every side. Then, I stir fry my veggies until almost done. I add the chicken back to the pan and pour on hoisin sauce and add some sesame seeds to it until the sauce is heated thru. I serve this over rice or cooled Ramen noodles.
