What is the recipe for the chinese CREAM to cover the birthday cakes?

I heard its not really cream



I am getting different recipes with double cream and gelentine and some with Dr. Oetker鈥檚 Whip It?



So please post the Correct recipe that get used in chinese bakery shops? Thanks

U.KWhat is the recipe for the chinese CREAM to cover the birthday cakes?
I know people here in Toronto Canada who run a Chinese/Vietnamese bakery and pastry shop, for the cakes, coconut and cream buns they use a mixture similar to cake icing and blend it with artificial whipped topping, this gives it stability and they can use it for a multitude of products with a slight colour or flavouring change, if you use a whipping topping buy the one you whip yourself, and then fold into a prepared buttercream stye frosting/cake icing, the canned or prepared is best.What is the recipe for the chinese CREAM to cover the birthday cakes?
Sorry, but I could only find recipes for the cake and I am not sure they are legitimate. I did find one recipe which included a strawberry fruit filling and whipped cream topping, Hopefully someone will post the real recipe. I have a feeling you have already checked these out, but am posting them in case you have not..
