Crab, mushroom %26amp; vege stir-fry

Ingredients (serves 4)
飩?450g pkt noodles
飩?Crab Sticks
飩?2 tbs olive oil
飩?1 bunch broccolini, cut into 3 lengths
飩?1 red capsicum, deseeded, sliced
飩?150g oyster mushrooms, halved
飩?1/4 cup (60ml) oyster sauce
飩?1 tbs soy sauce
飩?1 tbs kecap manis (Indonesian sweet soy)
Method
1. Place the noodles in a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water and set aside for 5 minutes to separate the noodles. Drain.
2. Heat a wok over a medium high heat. Add the crab and cook, for 1 minute on each side or until golden. Transfer to a plate.
3. Add the remaining oil to the pan. Add the broccolini and capsicum and cook, for 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for 1 minute. Add the noodles, crab, oyster sauce and soy sauce and kecap manis, and cook for 3-5 minutes. Serve.What chinese recipe can i make with these ingredients?
Stir fry - prepare the noodles ahead of time and drain. Soak your mushrooms if they are dry. Make some stock or broth from chicken bullion - about a cup or so. Cut of veggies into bite size pieces. In a wok or large skillet add a small amount of either peanut or veg oil and saute some fresh chopped garlic. Don't let it get brown or it will be bitter. Add the firmer veggies first like carrots or celery, add the leafy veggies later. Don't let anything get too mushy. Add the stock, mushrooms, shredded crab sticks and noodles and heat thoroughly. Sprinkle chopped green onions over the top and enjoy!
