I need to know the Ingredients or Recipes for making fresh rice noodles or Choo Kua Tiaw in chinese?

The fresh rice noodles or choo kua tiaw in chinese or kua chap in thais. This product is normally consume fried cooking or making soup.I need to know the Ingredients or Recipes for making fresh rice noodles or Choo Kua Tiaw in chinese?
600 gr chinese flour..normaly use for bak pao or man tao

400 gr rice flour

500 ml warm water



mix all ingridients until finely mix and elastic...

rool out the dough within 1 mm.(dusting with flour)

put into fetuchini cut

boil until cook well.

put into cold water and strain them

pour some oil..
