600 gr chinese flour..normaly use for bak pao or man tao
400 gr rice flour
500 ml warm water
mix all ingridients until finely mix and elastic...
rool out the dough within 1 mm.(dusting with flour)
put into fetuchini cut
boil until cook well.
put into cold water and strain them
pour some oil..
