I like allrecipes.com because the public can submit all kinds of recipes and viewers can rate them.
Beef broccoli is simple though.
Slice and marinate the beef with corn starch and soy sauce.
(How do you know how much starch/soy? beef should not be dripping wet)
Cook the beef with about 2 tbsp oil until almost completely done (80-90% done). Remove onto plate.
Cut and cook broccoli in about 2 tbsp oil and minced garlic.
When broccoli almost done, mix in the beef.
Mix in about 1/4-1/2cup of oyster sauce (more or less based on taste)
Add in a dash of salt (optional). Stir well.
WA-LA!!
p.s. all Chinese dishes should be prepared on High heat in a iron-cast wok.
I eat Chinese food everyday... so just watch out for recipes sometimes because I read Chinese recipes and they are so Americanized or tweaked around to a point where its not even the original way of making it.Anyone know any websites that have recipes to chinese dishes?
