Easy and quick Chinese chicken recipes...?

that doesn't require 50 ingredients! Just simple and yummy....maybe with pineapples??? Does anyone have one??Easy and quick Chinese chicken recipes...?
CHINESE PINEAPPLE CHICKEN



Breasts of 1 or 2 chickens

1 tbsp. flour

1 tsp. Accent

1 c. tomato juice

1/2 c. pineapple chunks

1/4 c. honey

1/2 tsp. ground ginger

1 tbsp. sherry (optional)

1 egg, beaten

1/2 tsp. salt

1/3 c. salad oil

1 clove garlic, crushed or chopped

1/2 c. celery (cut on the bias)

1 tbsp. cornstarch

1 tbsp. soy sauce



Cut meat into long slivers. Mix in bowl egg, flour, salt and Accent. Roll pieces of chicken in this mixture.

Heat oil in large fry pan. Add chicken and stir constantly over medium heat until chicken starts to brown here and there. Add tomato juice, garlic, pineapple and celery. Mix well. Cover; simmer 15 minutes.



Blend in bowl cornstarch, honey and ginger. Mix with soy sauce and sherry. Pour over the chicken and stir until creamy, about 2 minutes. Serve with boiled rice. Serves

Shandong Chicken



2 tablespoons melted butter

1/2 cup white vinegar

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

1 tablespoon white sugar

3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 pinch salt

4 chicken leg quarters



Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and brush the foil with melted butter.

In a medium bowl, mix together the vinegar, water, mayonnaise, horseradish, sugar, salt and pepper until well blended. Coat each piece of chicken heavily with the sauce, and place onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake, uncovered, for about 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Baste occasionally with remaining sauce. Chicken is done when the juices run clear, and the meat is no longer pink. Serve with rice or noodles.Easy and quick Chinese chicken recipes...?
Sweet and Sour Chicken



1 cup corn starch

2 lbs. boneless chicken, cut into 1" cubes

2 green bell peppers, cut into 1" pieces

1 medium yellow onion cut into 1" pieces and separated layers

1 carrot, cut into match stick pieces

1 qt. vegetable oil

1 clove garlic,, minced



Pre heat the oil in a heavy pot to 360 degrees, meanwhile, place corn starch in a plastic bag and add some of the chicken to the cornstarch and shake to coat. remove chicken and repeat until all chicken is coated. Deep fry chicken pieces for 3 minutes until light brown. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

Heat a wok over high heat with 3 tbs. oil then add garlic then carrots and stirfry 1 minute. Next add onion and peppers and stirfry 2 minutes, add chicken and add sauce to wok. Serve over rice.



Dads Sweet %26amp; Sour Sauce

1 c. sugar

1 c. rice vinegar

录 c. catsup

1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbs. corn starch + 2Tbs. water, mixed together



In a small sauce pan, add all ingredients except for corn

starch and water mixture. Bring to a simmer add corn starch mixture, stirring consistently to thicken. Serve warm.
