does anyone know any good recipes for sweet and sour sauce and for chicken balls?Chinese recipes...help please?
Tomato ketchup or sweet chili sauce

Vinegar or lemon juice

Soy sauce

Chopped or minced garlic and ginger are optional



Mix as you see fit. You can add sugar or honey to sweeten or more vinegar/lemon juice for sourness

Sauce for Cashew Chicken

1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce

3/4 teaspoon soy sauce

3 tablespoons water

3 dashes white pepper powder

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon rice wine

1/8 teaspoon sesame oil

Salt to taste

Mix together all ingredients. Add last. Coat chicken. Thicken Sauce.
