Anyone knows how else to cook luncheon meat besides eating it with Egg,Omelette?Best recipes for canned Chinese Luncheon Meat?
I am not sure of your ethnicity. But here are a few meal suggestions Chinese use. We usually pair it with rice or rice porridge



1) Cut into slices and fry it on a pan without oil or toast it in a toaster until the sides are crispy. Eat it sandwiched between bread or with coconut rice, plain rice or plain rice porridge. Luncheon meat is so salty it compliments nicely. Have side dishes of vegetables and/or egg if you like.



2) Cut into cubes and fry/toast them as above. Add them to baked beans or sweet and sour sauce and eat it with bread, rice or rice porridge.



3) Fried rice. Cut into cubes and fry/toast them again. Add in a cup of cooked rice and 1-2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables. Add a little oyster sauce and pepper to taste and fry everything together. You can top your rice with a sunnyside up egg if you like.
