Where can I find a recipe for Chinese fried bananas?

I went to China last month and when I was in Guilin, I had this dish that was chunks of banana rolled in something and deep fried with caramelized sugar and I had to dip it in water to cool down the sugar and it was the most amazing thing I've ever eaten! Does anyone know where I can find a recipe, or if any Chinese restaurants in the Connecticut area sell them?Where can I find a recipe for Chinese fried bananas?
