One of my staff is going to be visting China next yr and is learning some chinese recipes to assist in cooking meals. She reccomended these following recipe sites to check out.

Whats a good site for chinese recipes ?
I don't know of any I have visited, but, in english, the accepted "bible" of authentic chinese dishes is a book called The Modern Art of Chinese Cooking by Barbara Tropp. I see it everywhere at the bookstores and at cut out book stores. Worth the price and you will be cooking like a pro in no time.Whats a good site for chinese recipes ?

Also, on YouTube the user Ye Qiang has many helpful videos with recipes and instruction. It's like a Chinese cooking show. Her recipe for egg and tomato is my favorite!
