My favourite at the moment is a side dish - put a small amount of water in a fry pan (eg less than half a cm), with some chopped garlic (as much as you like! 3 cloves or more maybe!). above put some pak choi in a steamer (if a bamboo one it might need some balancing!). when the pak choi is cooked (making sure you've not run out of steaming water) take off. Now with the water with the garlic bits in it, add some soy sauce and vegetable bouillon powder to taste. thicken this with some cornflour (make a runny paste of this first with water) stirring quickly when adding so it doesn't go lumpy. Then, put your pak choi onto a serving plate, put the soy-garlic sauce over the top. Delicious!
