Sure. Make str-fry with only vegetables. Make yakisoba with only pasta, and no chicken. Try kimchi. I am looking for Vegetarian chinese/japanese recipes ?
Quick blanch some broccoli florets in boiling water. then, stir fry them with ginger, green onion, garlic and soy sauce serve over rice with fresh cilantro and lime.
