How about making your own mushroom stirfry ie veg - beansprouts, grated carrots, chopped peppers (red and green) and grated cabbage (not alot of this tho) onions etc. Then you can boil some rice adding pineapple pieces and take in some chicken breasts fry in little oil (cut up 1st of course) add to a jar of curry sauce and job done. Wont take long.
Fried rice is the easiest. Look through the past questionaires you shall see many people offered their recipes on YA.Easy Chinese Recipe for Teen?
Try this one. It is REALLY nice and ever so easy. I do it when I have people round.

How about a stir fry? Just need some chopped veggies and meat/shrimp if you want that in it too. Some soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and there ya go.Easy Chinese Recipe for Teen?
Baked Hoisin Sauce Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

15 chicken wings

1 tablespoon honey or syrup

4 tablespoons hoisin sauce

3 tablespoons warm water

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 garlic cloves, finely minced

1 scallion (green onion, spring onion), finely minced

1 slice fresh ginger, minced

Preparation:

Marinate chicken wings for 15 minutes in a mixture of honey, hoisin sauce, water, salt, pepper, garlic, scallion, and ginger.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken wings on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, brushing occasionally with marinade.

Turn oven to broil and broil chicken wings five more minutes. Turn wings every two minutes to avoid burning.

To serve: Transfer chicken wings to a serving platter and serve hot or at room temperature.
